This year 2010 marks the 175th anniversary of Mark Twain’s birth,   and the 100th anniversary of his death

We are presenting Is He Dead  as a A Tribute to Mark Twain

 

What?  You’ve never heard of Twain’s gender-bending comedy?  Well, neither had anyone else until a few years ago when Professor of English and Twain scholar Shelley Fisher Fishkin happened upon the long-lost manuscript in a filing cabinet at U.C. Berkeley. 


Is He Dead? Now gets its South County Premiere in a splendidly acted and directed production

October 14, 15 & 16, 2010

Theater Doors open at 7:30 – Show starts at 8:00

Matinee Saturday October 16

Theater Doors open at 3:30 – Show starts at 4:00pm

 

Tickets sold at the door

Ticket prices $15 per person 

$13 for groups of 10 or more

Performances will be at

Robert G. Reim Theatre which is located at 111 South Geyer Road,

At the Kirkwood Civic Center in Kirkwood, Missouri

Special notice: Active members of the Military, along with up to three direct dependents, will be admitted as guests of Affton CenterStage Theatre for our Fall and Summer shows.  Eligible are Active Duty, Active Reserve, Ready Reserve Member or National Guardsman.  They must show a Department of Defense Active (not Retired) Photo I.D.

·       A dinner theatre murder mystery in the Spring, and
